"40," I told them, for I intend to give my beloved Diamonds a treat.
Today they delivered the box to me.
"How much is it?" I asked.
"40!" the girl said in glee.
"No, I mean how much does everything cost?"
"40!" she said, starting to look puzzled.
Then it dawned on me.
I am about to pay $40 for cream puffs, not get 40pcs.
... ...
So this is my box of cream puffs.
Over 60 pieces of them.
My class had better be grateful.
Or maybe just full.
